ROOMmadrid Services s.l. is a company that has been working in Madrid since 1999, specialized in the market of lodging of short duration (of 1 month to 1 year).

We have a portfolio of customers composed by owners of flats offered to the rent by young people and professionals, Spaniards and foreigners, as a SHARED FLATS.
Within this sector we accumulated a portfolio of customers composed by about 100 flats (400 rooms) located fundamentally in the most centric districts of the city (Center, Chamberí, Argfüelles, Salamanca, etc.)

Other 13 flats (50 rooms) also are managed by the agency in regime of direct operation.

Between its services one is the typical ones of an agency specialized in the rent, as much for lodging aplicants (search, location and hiring of flats/studios/appartments), like for owners (from the simple contribution of renters to the possible integral operation of the rentings, which includes the hiring, collection of the rent, safekeeping of keys, maintenance of the buildings, etc.)

For the next months, Roommadrid, that operates from the premises with access to the street, located in the surroundings of the centric Spain square, sets out to increase its services in this market of increasing incidence in the life of the city.
